If you'd like to thee the workout from another day please follow these instructions =
You can see past workouts, or upcoming workouts by navigating through the calendar in the app.
- Click on the calendar icon in the top right corner of the app
- Use the calendar swiper to chose the date you'd like to see
- Click done
- You will now be shown all of the mindset, mobility, and workouts for the day you chose.
NOTE:
- You can only travel as far back as the day when you signed up with CompTrain on the app.
- PRO Members have the ability to see up to 7 days in advance.
- Free members can not see any further than the current day.
